Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with JW Beauty House. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for both products and services.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Products)

1.1 You may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days from the date of receipt.
1.2 Products must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt).
  • Returned in good condition with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).

1.3 Returns are not applicable for:

  • Perishable items (food, supplements, etc.).
  • Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products (due to safety/health reasons).
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Digital products once downloaded/accessed.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

2.1 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2.2 We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).
2.3 Evidence (photo/video) of the damaged or incorrect item may be required.

3. Services Refund Policy

3.1 Payments for services (appointments, consultancy, treatments, etc.) are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24 hours] before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

4. Refunds

4.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet).
4.3 Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

5.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
5.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
