1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our Site and govern the sale of products and services in Malaysia.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.

2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are true, accurate, and complete.
3. Products & Services
3.1 All products and services are subject to availability.
3.2 We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions and images, but actual items may differ slightly.
3.3 We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product/service at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to applicable taxes.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4.4 Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
5. Shipping & Delivery (Products)
5.1 Delivery is available within Malaysia and selected international locations.
5.2 Estimated delivery time: [3 - 7 working days] (Peninsular Malaysia) / [7 - 14 working days] (Sabah & Sarawak).
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
5.4 Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Services (If Applicable)
6.1 Service appointments or bookings are subject to availability.
6.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
6.3 No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
7.1 In line with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, defective or incorrect products may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
7.2 Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7.3 Services are non-refundable once delivered.
7.4 Digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.
7.5 Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
8. User Responsibilities
8.1 You agree not to misuse our Site or engage in unlawful activities.
8.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
8.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these Terms.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

11.2 Our total liability is limited to the value of the product/service purchased.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
12.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
